ECUS_X support for all steps of declaration and register management, e.g: Raw materials list, Product code list, Norm , Import declaration, Export declaration, Liquidate profile.

Liquidate is the most important step in declaring for Export-Productive because it will directly effect to
benefits of companies about: Return tax, Cutting tax, money for over date...so, liquidate function of ECUS_X is have so much time testing to comfirm the accurating and comfortable when building liquidate profile(Have check with many set of numbers in ten companies before deploy in all customs department of Vietnam).
Input data is a circle process from register to order checking, tax calculating, tax adjusting so, when need to perform liquidate ECUS_X will calculate liquidation reports base on selected liquidate methods of company.
Liquidate officer only need some mouse click and print to customs submit.
Alert function help companies know the time need to perform liquidate and tax paying with exactly money and date.

ECUS_X provide ability of professional management follow Import-Export model and suitable with every officers of Import-Export department: import officer, export officer, norm officer, liquidate officer.
Provide ability to distribute permission for particular user: each user must have own user name and password for system login.
ECUS_X allow administrator distribute the permission suitale with duty and function of user in his department, to warranty that his can only perform the right actions relate to his work.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

ECUS_X have tie data status management, warranty when data need to change or not for synchronizing with customs system. Import - Export data always available one of following status:: Not declaring - data preparing for declaration, Declared:Data transfer to customs and wait for register, Approved: Data registered and approval by customs.
ECUS_X management fully information of declaration by particular declaring step: Register information, Checking order information, Tax calculate information, Tax adjustment information.
All Import-Export data are stored in SQL server 2000 Database Management System, companies can safely store data in many years and can be used for creating statistic report for other systems..

RAM: Server: 256MB or higher, Client: 128MB or higher.
